EASTLAKE VILLAGE MARKETPLACE UNDER CONSTRUCTION [Chula Vista, CA] Sudberry Properties, Inc. has begun construction on EastLake Village Marketplace, a 410,000 sq. ft. community center in East Chula Vista. Located on Otay Lakes Road just west of Eastlake Parkway in Chula Vista, California, the project will be anchored by Target (126,393 SF plus 10,000 SF garden center), and Lowes Home Center (136,782 SF plus 29,000 SF garden center) with an additional 110,000 SF of shops, restaurants, and offices.
