Farmers Market at EastLake Resets Winter Hours for Fridays from 3 p.m. 6 p.m. Entertainment on hand every week. CHULA VISTA, Calif. The Certified Farmers Market and Open Air Bazaar held at EastLake has reset its hours for the winter. It is still being held on Fridays at EastLake Elementary School, 1955 Hillside Dr., but the hours have changed to 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Farmers Market is a unique shopping spot for fresh fruits and vegetables from more than 20 local farmers, as well as arts and crafts from local artisans. Every week there is new entertainment, and new specialty items and food vendors are featured, with prepared foods offered for those who want to take a night off from cooking. Proceeds from the Farmers Market go to the EastLake Educational Foundation, an organization established by The EastLake Company to raise funds for all the public schools in the community.
