EastLake Certified Farmers Market Sets Winter Hours 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. CHULA VISTA, Calif. The EastLake Certified Farmers' Market and Open Air Bazaar, held every Friday at EastLake Elementary School, 1955 Hillside Dr., has established winter hours from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. In addition to featuring fresh produce and flowers, the Certified Farmers' Market and Open Air Bazaar provides entertainment and fun children's activities. Specialty items and food vendors also are featured, with prepared foods offered for those who want to take a night off from cooking.
