Concert-goers are invited to bring blankets and beach chairs for this open-seating performance. Drinks and snacks will be available, with proceeds benefiting EastLake schools. (No barbecues or glass containers are permitted on park grounds.)

Koco Loco brings to life the sounds of recording artist Jimmy Buffet, along with a variety of upbeat rhythms and sing-along favorites. EastLake Summer Sounds '99 will also feature Jaime Valle And Equinox Sunday, Aug. 29 from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Ruby And The Red Hots Saturday, Sept. 18 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
