EastLake Trails Residents Enjoy New Private Recreational Facility EASTLAKE, Calif. EastLake Trails residents all agree: Creekside Park is going to be the heart of Eastlake Tails. The five-acre park features an old-California style hacienda clubhouse that is currently being enjoyed by Trails residents for special occasions and is home to the new EastLake HomeFinding Center. The clubhouse overlooks a private two-acre ornamental lake ringed with walking trails, and affords spectacular views of rolling hills, the Salt Creek corridor and a wetlands preserve. Beyond the clubhouse, the facility opens out to a large outdoor entertaining patio with barbecue and separate kitchen facilities. A few steps down are a lushly landscaped 5,000-square-foot swimming pool, a 2,000-square-foot childrens pool and a spa, as well as changing and restroom facilities. Adjacent to Creekside Park, Continental Homes introduces luxurious living with Creekside Estates, giving its residents a breathtaking view of its natural surroundings. Built for comfort, the 31 homes are currently selling with model homes open to preview in April. Creekside Estates offers single- and two-story homes with four to six bedrooms and up to three baths.
