Debi Klingner
Vice President/Finance Debi is vice president/finance for The EastLake Company, one of the largest master planned communities in San Diego. Debi is responsible for the financial operations of the company, as well as playing a major role in the development of all retail, commercial and industrial development property within the EastLake community. Also included in Debi's responsibilities is overseeing the EastLake Business Center, an industrial/office park, that encompasses approximately 200 acres. Current major residents of Phase I of the park include United Parcel Service, the United States Postal Service and North Island Credit Union and DNP North America. Phase II of the Business Center is home to Leviton, a current and non current wire carrying manufacturer and Hitachi Home Electronics, North America. The EastLake Design Center, on 18 acres, opens in late 2005. Debi sits on The EastLake Business Center Association and The EastLake III Community Association Boards. Prior to joining The EastLake Company, Debi worked for both National Education Corporation and PacifiCare Life and Health Insurance Companies in Orange County. Debi is a Certified Public Accountant, and a graduate of California State University Long Beach. |
